Hi, I am Emily and a Mum of two boys living in the High Peak in Derbyshire. I am a child sleep consultant over at Fox and The Moon Infant Sleep Services, working with families from birth to 6 years, nurturing healthy, happy sleepers and empowering parents to trust their instincts and feel confident with their children's sleep routines. I am a maternal mental health advocate after suffering with my own mental health after the birth of my first son and my passion for all things baby and children sleep and development then began! I am an approachable and down to earth normal Mum who just so happens to know a lot about sleep and how to help you get more!
