Frequently asked questions

Anyone expecting a baby or has a child under the age of 5 can sign up: mum, dad, adoptive parents, foster parents, as well as grandparents on the parents' behalf.

Unfortunately due to various legal and contractual reasons we restrict membership to those over the age of 18, but a family member can sign up on your behalf if you are under 18.

We are currently working on the ability to allow our members to add multiple children to our system, so stay tuned!

Firstly if you don't have an account you can create one here. It doesn't take long to register, we promise!

If you already have an account simply head to your Personalised Homepage or the Member Offers page, click the orange button under the offer you like the look of and follow the instructions carefully. You can keep track of offers you have claimed by heading to the My Offers page under your Account.

If you have any issues with any of our offers please please contact hello@yourbabyclub.co.uk.

If you are directed to one of our partner sites, you will need to follow their instructions fully. If you have any issues with a partner site please contact them direct for resolution.

If you signed up for Your Baby Club for your first child, there’s no need to sign up again. Simply head to the login page and input your login details. If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it by selecting ‘Forgot Password'.

Once logged in, head to My Account and change your baby details in the 'Answers' section. You can then start claiming new offers for your new bundle of joy!

When entering an email address ensure there isn't any blank space at the beginning or end.

If the issue persists do not hesitate to contact us at hello@yourbabyclub.co.uk and we will be happy to investigate further.

If this is the case, please do not worry as it simply may be due to a delay in our email system. However, if the email is yet to arrive a few days after your sign up, and you've checked your junk mail, feel free to contact us at hello@yourbabyclub.co.uk and provide us with your email, this will allow us to trigger the email manually to ensure you receive your confirmation.

Our system will require you to input the date in the standard UK DD/MM/YYYY format. If you are able to, please use the date selector that pops up as this should then enter the correct format for you.

Please ensure there are no spaces in the postcode and that it is the complete postcode.

If you are in a recently constructed new build property, it is likely that your postcode has not yet been imported onto the central postcode systems shared by businesses across the UK.

We believe in trying to create a fair exchange between parents that want to find out about what's available to them in this huge period of change in their life, and trusted brands who have products, services or information to help.

What we guarantee is that your details will only go to brands that you choose and we will never sell your details to unnamed third parties.

Welcome to Your Baby Club! We're glad you chose us!

Once you have signed up to our site you can look at each of our offers and claim them individually. You are not automatically sent everything from our partners upon sign up.

If you have claimed an offer from a third party and haven't yet received it please contact the company directly for more details.

If you cannot find the details for the offer you are looking for, email us at hello@yourbabyclub.co.uk and let us know which offer you have claimed, so that we can help.

This is our brilliant Your Baby Box offer! If you have claimed the offer but not received your code don't worry - just email us and we will send you your code.

If you are experiencing issues with the code at checkout please check and confirm that the promotion's eligibility criteria are met:

Step 1: Create an Amazon Baby Wishlist (if you don't have one already).

Step 2: Add Your Baby Box Your Baby Box to your Baby Wishlist.

Step 3: Add at least £20 worth of eligible baby products to your Baby Wishlist (excluding nappies, formula, baby food and books) from this list Amazon Baby Essentials. If items are not from this list the code will not work. Eligible products must be dispatched AND sold by Amazon, any items being sold or dispatched by a third party will not work with the code.

Step 4: Add your selected products (including Your Baby Box) to your shopping basket.

Step 5: Proceed to checkout and enter your personal promotional code received via email. On the "Review your order" page under "Order Summary" you will see the promotion has been applied to your total.

Step 6: Click "Buy now" to complete the transaction.

If the promotion has not been applied to your order please ensure you have selected eligible items that are 'Dispatched by and sold by Amazon' which you can see on the item page under 'Buy Now'. Any items being sold or dispatched by a third party will not work with the code.
