Anyone expecting a baby or has a child under the age of 5 can sign up: mum, dad, adoptive parents, foster parents, as well as grandparents on the parents' behalf.
Unfortunately due to various legal and contractual reasons we restrict membership to those over the age of 18, but a family member can sign up on your behalf if you are under 18.
We are currently working on the ability to allow our members to add multiple children to our system, so stay tuned!
Firstly if you don't have an account you can create one here. It doesn't take long to register, we promise!
If you already have an account simply head to your Personalised Homepage or the Member Offers page, click the orange button under the offer you like the look of and follow the instructions carefully. You can keep track of offers you have claimed by heading to the My Offers page under your Account.

If you are directed to one of our partner sites, you will need to follow their instructions fully. If you have any issues with a partner site please contact them direct for resolution.
If you signed up for Your Baby Club for your first child, there’s no need to sign up again. Simply head to the login page and input your login details. If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it by selecting ‘Forgot Password'.
Once logged in, head to My Account and change your baby details in the 'Answers' section. You can then start claiming new offers for your new bundle of joy!

Once you’ve claimed your free Welcome Box, you’ll receive an order confirmation, followed by a tracking link a few days later. Around 30 days after that, we’ll email you to let you know your next box is due to ship. The monthly charge is £23.99.
Our Monthly Subscription is designed to give you full flexibility - you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time. You can manage your subscription through your Your Baby Club account under My Purchases or via the links in your order confirmation emails.
You won’t be able to cancel the subscription yourself until your free Welcome Box has been delivered, but if you’d like to cancel sooner, just email hello@yourbabyclub.co.uk and we’ll take care of it for you.
You can access your Monthly Subscription any time via your Your Baby Club account under My Purchases or via your email order confirmations.
When you claim your free Welcome Box, all correspondence including your confirmation email and tracking link is sent to the email address linked to your Shopify Customer account. This may be different from the email you use for your Your Baby Club account.

We designed our subscription to put you in control. You can pause, skip, or cancel your Monthly Subscription via your Your Baby Club account under My Purchases or via the links in your order confirmation emails.
You won’t be able to cancel the subscription yourself until your free Welcome Box has been delivered, but if you’d like to cancel sooner, just email hello@yourbabyclub.co.uk and we’ll take care of it for you.
Returns: If your order has already been shipped we’re unfortunately unable to cancel the order at this stage.
If you wish to return the package, please refer to our Returns Policy, which can be found here.
Once you have returned the package please email us with the details and we will make sure your refund is issued as soon as we receive it.

Our adverts on Facebook lead only to our official website www.yourbabyclub.co.uk and we will never attempt to take money from your account unless you have specifically agreed to this as part of receiving boxes in our Your Baby Box subscription or when claiming your Limited Edition Your Baby Box - full details of which will be visible in your Your Baby Club Account profile.
