Your Baby Club x Close Parent - Terms & Conditions

 

Promoter: FanFinders Ltd (trading as Your Baby Club and Close Parent) Registered office: The Leeming Building, Ludgate Hill, Leeds, LS2 7HZ, United Kingdom.

Eligibility

  1. Open to UK residents aged 18 years or older.
  2. Entrants must be registered members of Your Baby Club.
  3. Employees of FanFinders Ltd, their immediate families, or any affiliated companies and partners are not eligible to enter.
  4. No purchase necessary.

Promotion Period

  1. The competition runs from 21 October 2025 to 31 July 2026.
  2. A grand prize draw will be held after the final entry period closes.

How to Enter

  1. Entrants must complete the Your Baby Club registration form and confirm their details.
  2. Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, or inaccurate will be disqualified.

Prizes

  1. The grand prize comprises a Close Parent product bundle with an approximate retail value of £20,000.
  2. A cash prize alternative of £10,000 is available
  3. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value where required.

Winner Selection & Notification

  1. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during each entry period.
  2. Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw.
  3. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
  4. The promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to this competition.

Publicity

  1. By entering, participants agree that FanFinders Ltd may use their first name and county in winner announcements.
  2. Additional publicity will only be undertaken with the winner's explicit consent.

Data Protection

  1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Your Baby Club Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.
  2. Data may be shared with Close Parent solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

General

  1. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to events beyond its control.
  2. These terms are governed by English law, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
