Parkdean Resorts Competition Terms & Conditions
 

1. Summary

  1. 1.1  Win a Parkdean Resorts holiday up to the value of £500 at participating holiday parks.
  2. 1.2  Enter via the competition entry form at www.yourbabyclub.co.uk.

2. Elegibility

  1. 2.1  Entrants must not be employed by, or be in the immediate family of a person who is employed by, a member of the Parkdean Resorts Group.
  2. 2.2  For the purposes of this competition, immediate family includes parents, siblings, spouse, and children.
  3. 2.3 Entrants must be 18 years old or over.

3. Entry

  1. 3.1  Only one entry per person is permitted.
  2. 3.2  In the event of multiple entries, only the first submission will be accepted.
  3. 3.3  Entrants must enter between 23/04/2026 and 17/07/2026. Entries received outside of these times will not be accepted.
  4. 3.4  Participants are informed that on entry they consent to receive marketing communications from Parkdean Resorts, entrants can opt out at any time. Further details on how we use your information can be found in our privacy policy at www.parkdeanresorts.co.uk/privacy-policy.

4. The draw

  1. 4.1  One winner will be chosen at random on or around 28/07/20260.
  2. 4.2  The winner will be notified via email using the address provided on the submission form no later than 4 weeks after the draw has taken place (the "Winner Notification Email"). The winner will have 4 weeks from the date of the "Winner Notification Email" to book their holiday. Failure to respond within this timescale will result in forfeiture of the Prize and Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to choose a different winner.
  3. 4.3  If the winner has not followed the entry requirements, the draw will be redrawn at random until a winner who has followed the entry requirements is chosen.
  4. 4.4  Entrants must ensure they include accurate contact details with their entry to enable us to contact you if you are successful. Parkdean Resorts shall not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, corrupt, or unreachable email addresses.

5. The prize

  1. 5.1  The winner will receive one (1) holiday at a participating Parkdean Resorts' holiday park up to the value of £500. The holiday must have an arrival date between the date of the Winner Notification Email and 01/12/2026. Excludes holidays arriving on or between 17/07/2026 to 04/09/2026.
  2. 5.2  The holiday is subject to availability and individual holiday park opening dates. Further information on individual parks is available on the Parkdean Resorts website.
  3. 5.3  No holidays can be taken at Gatebeck Holiday Park as it is an owners' only holiday park.
  4. 5.4  The winner will need to contact Parkdean Resorts via the telephone number provided in the Winner Notification Email to book the Prize.
  5. 5.5  The prize is non-exchangeable, and no cash or voucher alternative is offered.
  6. 5.6  The value of the holiday cannot be transferred to any existing booking.
  7. 5.7  The winner must pay any additional cost of the holiday if the price exceeds £500.
  8. 5.8  If the cost of an individual holiday is less than the value stated above, any remaining value will be lost and cannot be used in another booking.
  9. 5.9  Any extras including but not limited to pets, dining options, cots, bed guards and highchairs and will be chargeable in line with Parkdean Resorts' standard charges from time to time.
  10. 5.10  The winner is responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize, including travel to and from the chosen holiday park.
  11. 5.11  Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
  12. 5.12  The holiday is subject to Parkdean Resorts’ standard holiday booking terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.parkdeanresorts.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.

6. Administrative

  1. 6.1  If you wish to raise a complaint about this competition, please contact customer.relations@parkdean-resorts.com. We will aim to acknowledge and respond to complaints within 7 to 10 days. All complaints relating to the competition must be submitted within 30 days of the draw taking place. Complaints received after this time will not be considered, unless it is required by law.
  2. 6.2  Parkdean Resorts accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, or damaged, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure.
  3. 6.3  Except for clause 6.1 above, Parkdean Resorts' decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  4. 6.4  Entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
  5. 6.5  Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, to anyone where these terms and conditions or its standard holiday booking terms and conditions have been breached.
  6. 6.6  Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  7. 6.7  In so far as is permitted by law, Parkdean Resorts, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Parkdean Resorts, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  8. 6.8  Parkdean Resorts may request that the winner participates in publicity relating to this competition, which may include publication of their name and photograph in any media.
  9. 6.9  You agree that the personal information provided by you when submitting your competition entry may be used by Parkdean Resorts to send you marketing communications.   10. 6.10  The competition will be governed by English Law and entrants to the competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  11. 6.11  The Promoter of the competition is Parkdean Resorts. Parkdean Resorts is a reference to Parkdean Resorts UK Limited of 2nd Floor, One Gosforth Park Way, Gosforth Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8ET.
