- Eligibility: WIN a SnuzFino Cot Bed Worth £300 (the "Competition") is only open to those who sign up at https://www.yourbabyclub.co.uk/entrypage/ambassadors. The Competition is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Your Baby Club (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the competition. The Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
- The promotion closes fully at 11:59 pm GMT on December 31st 2022 ("Competition Period"). All entries completed on or before 11:59 pm on December 31st 2022 will qualify to be entered into the prize draw.
- How to Enter: The Competition must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://www.yourbabyclub.co.uk/entrypage/ambassadors. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the Competition, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Competition may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Competition, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
- The person with the most entries at the top of the leaderboard will win the main prize. Prizes: The winner(s) of the Competition (the "Winner") will receive the following prizes:
- 1 winner(s) will receive SnuzFino Cot Bed (approximate retail value 300 GBP)
- 5 winner(s) will receive Amazon Gift Voucher (approximate retail value 10 GBP)
- 4 winner(s) will receive Your Baby Bible Book (approximate retail value 10 GBP)
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- The winner will be notified via e-mail within 14 days of the end of the Competition period and it is then the winner's responsibility to provide Your Baby Club with their delivery details within 14 days. On receipt of their delivery details, the prize will be dispatched to them within 14 working days.
- The prize is as described, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and no cash alternative will be offered in the event that the winner is unable to claim or use the prize for any reason. The draw results are final and no correspondence will be entered into. If the advertised prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
- Details of the prize winners will be made available to entrants by February 1st 2023, on request by e-mail to info@fanfinders.com.
- All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will use the information that entrants provide for the purposes of conducting this promotion and for marketing purposes. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing e-mails at any time by using the link within the e-mail.
- Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering this Competition (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party's proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Baby Club from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Your Baby Club may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party's right.
- For the avoidance of doubt, any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. The Promoter will not disclose entrants' personal information to any third party. Please read Your Baby Club privacy policy (https://www.yourbabyclub.co.uk/Home/PrivacyPolicy), which gives full details of how the Promoter may use any personal information it collects about entrants.
- By entering the Competition the prize winner agrees to participate in publicity and material resulting from the competition if requested to do so by the Promoter and the Promoter reserves the right to use the details of the prize winner in any publicity and/or promotional material.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, during or after the closing date of the promotion to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entries by any person who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries. Any such variation or amendment will be notified on the competition pages of www.yourbabyclub.co.uk.
- The Promoter, its related companies and associated agencies and contractors is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure or any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone line or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the competition.
- The Promoter, its related companies and associated agencies and contractors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage or disappointment howsoever caused which is suffered or sustained by any person arising out of or in any way connected with this promotion, or the use of any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
- By entering this Competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoter in relation to all matters relating to the competition, whose decision shall be final.
- Disputes: This Competition is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the United Kingdom having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Competition). You further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
- Limitation of Liability: By entering the Competition you agree to release and hold harmless Your Baby Club and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Competition and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Competition; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Competition or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
- The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Competition. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Competition and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.
- This Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
